MINISTRY PHILOSOPHY
As much as possible I encourage any minister to seek an early determination of their spiritual gift (1 Pet 4:10). By “minister” I mean any and every believer since the priesthood status of a believer (2:9) renders us all ministers.
The probability of success in ministry depends on the extent to which a particular minister is operating within the scope of his or her gift.
Having gifted each one of us in a certain way God holds us accountable to perform to the highest level. Thus a minister should take his/her calling seriously—work diligently, prayerfully and faithfully.
Whatever our unique role in the body of Christ (1 Cor 12:12), we should be about reaching out to the lost and building the new believers in the name of discipleship (Matt 28:19). The twin activities of evangelism and discipleship constitute the single calling that is common to all believers.
MINISTRY MISSION
To serve God to my uttermost within the boundaries of my divinely-endowed giftedness in teaching and simultaneously be about the business of evangelism and discipleship

PERSONAL TESTIMONY AND CALLING:
Nicholas’ encounter with religion at a substantial level coincided with his parents’ experience of salvation. Hereupon, he was no longer just a mere church attendee at the Coptic church. He served as an altar boy. He observed most of not all of the fasting periods. he confessed regularly to a priest or a “spiritual” father. Nicholas considered himself pretty righteous.
It wasn’t until Nicholas matriculated at the university of Nairobi that he was introduced for the very first time to the concept of sola fide. Herbert Ogutu was the individual who first alerted Nicholas to the central teaching of Eph. 2:8-9: works are inefficacious towards one’s salvation. Seized by a sense of compunction, Nicholas sought the genuine salvific experience.
One December 11th, while listening to a sermon at a church, the Holy Spirit convicted him in regards to sin, righteousness and judgment (Jn 16:8). He believed in the person of Christ and thus was saved.
Upon salvation he identified himself with a local church. On weekdays he would attend the Campus Crusade fellowship at the university. Sooner than later he was involved both at the church and at the campus. At the campus he participated in evangelism. He was also part of a small discipleship group. At church he served in various capacities within the Sunday school department. It was in the midst of all this that the call of God came to him.
